ACT 1
CHAPTER 1
Prelude
The world is falling apart all round Spider-Man.  The sky is dark with smoke as New York City burns.  The rooftop Spidey walks on says it all: a S.H.I.E.L.D. hovercraft spirals into the side of the building, a few agents and soldiers from the Kingpin's personal army fight off the bestial symbiotes, and an attack chopper is brought down by flying symbiotes, known as Vulturelings.  Spidey runs off the side of the building, falling into a web swing and reflecting on his friends' warnings about "it" taking over him again.
After beating up a few symbiotes wandering the infested city, a hovercraft crashes into the side of a building.  Spidey rescues the only survivor, taking him to a medical evacuation A.P.C. (Armored Personnel Carrier).
"Where is Cage and his search party?" Spidey yelled at the S.H.I.E.L.D. officers.
"Who?"
"The civilian volunteers!  Pretty red-head, arm in a cast!  Gaah, you're no help!"  The radio crackled with another officer's voice about in-bound vehicles.  "MJ!" yelled Spidey.  A car comes screeching down the road, ramming several symbiotes before coming to a halt in front of Spider-Man.  The towering Luke Cage exits the puny car's driver side, the beautiful and fiery Mary Jane Watson wielding a shotgun from the passenger's side.  Spidey jumps onto the roof of the car, startling them.
"MJ, MJ!  I was so worried about you," said the relieved wall crawler.
"You best play it cool, man," warned Cage, pointing at Spidey.
"Is it really you this time?" Mary Jane asks.
"Come on, we gotta go," Cage says to MJ as a hovercraft lands behind them.
"Look, I promise I won't use it again," says Spidey.
"You promise?" MJ mocks.  "We're way past that!"
"We ain't got time for this," says Cage, taking MJ to the hovercraft.  Defeated, Spidey bows his head, just to have his attention caught by a female character walking in front of an inferno, her silhouette shifting and pulsing strangely.  Mary Jane turns in time to see this, and starts to anxiously motion towards Spidey.
"Oh no!  Get away, get away!" she says.  Cage tries to stop her.  Spidey looks back and forth between MJ and the shadow approaching him, and decides to give into the darkness, which takes him away from MJ.  The last thing he hears is MJ's screams as the darkness clouds his vision.

ACT 2
CHAPTER 2
He's Back
In blackness, Spider-Man vocally tries to survive his ordeal, but in a different time and place.  His eyes open for only a moment, blurring as he looks at MJ, who lies on the ground reaching out to him.  He calls out her name as his vision darkens once more.
It started just like this, four days ago, fighting to breathe, to survive.  Spidey's eyes open again to see his most dangerous nemesis, Venom, smiling that gross, toothy smile at him.
"Parker!"  Venom says before he stomps on Spidey's face.  That morning, everything changed.  Venom holds Spidey's limp body up by his head, and begins to crush it.
"I'm feeling hungry," he says.  Spidey struggles as the pressure on his head becomes unbearable.  All of a sudden, Venom's symbiote begins to transfer over back to its original host.  Caught by surprise, Venom tries to stop his symbiote.  Spidey finally kicks away from Venom, and as he flies through the air the symbiote begins to form the old black costume on top of his red-and-blues.
"Venom," says Spider-Man as he lands, the symbiote fully covering his body, "get ready for a world of pain!"  He picks up a car and tosses it at Venom with little effort, the car exploding as it hits Venom.  Spidey takes the offensive and begins to savagely beat at Venom.
Having enough with him, Venom growls, "You dare to take the other from me; I'll take the girl from you!"  Venom begins to walk towards Mary Jane.  Spidey intercepts Venom and brings him down.  Before Spidey could finish him off, MJ calls to Peter.  As he walks towards her, he looks back to find that Venom had disappeared.  Paramedics strap Mary Jane into a stretcher, strapping on an oxygen mask.
"Are you okay?" he asks, the symbiote dissolving from his costume.  MJ hands him a gift box.
"I got your birthday present," she says weakly.  "But then there was this loud noise…and…and…."
"Everything's going to be fine," he reassures her.  "You're going to be fine.  I love my present!" he whispers as the paramedics roll her into the ambulance.  Spidey follows the ambulance to the hospital, which is then bombarded by the warring gangs, the Rolling Sevens and the Park Avenues.  Spider-Man springs into action and apprehends the gangsters, protecting the paramedics and MJ.  After Spidey defeated all the gangsters, another group rolls up in beat-up cars and threatens to kill Spidey for what he did.  One of the gangsters is knocked out by Luke Cage, who joins Spidey in neutralizing the gangsters.  After the fight, Cage asks Spidey to meet him in a park later to discuss the gang war.  After Spidey attends to MJ and beats up a few more gangsters, Cage asks for Spidey's help in getting the opposing gang leaders to meet in the park to discuss a truce, which he agrees to.
After locating the gang bosses and getting them to agree to meeting in the park, Spidey makes his way to the park.  However, Cage, Spidey, and the gangsters aren't the only ones in attendance for the parley.  As he watches the parley from a rooftop across the park, Spidey notices red armor-clad snipers sprawled atop the buildings circling the park, all aiming at the gangsters.  Upon instinct, Spider-Man web-zips to each sniper, knocking them out in time before they could do any damage, discovering they were Wilson Fisk's-the Kingpin-goons and that they set up the whole gang war.  On the ground, the negotiations begin to go sour as the rival gangs can't seem to come to an agreement.  Spider-Man steps in before the whole situation explodes and Cage asks him to bring peace between the rivals.

1. Red Suit
Luke Cage restrains the rival bosses as Spider-Man reveals the photo evidence that the gang war was a setup.  Finally realizing the gravity of the situation, the bosses agree to a truce.
2. Black Suit
Spidey retains the setup evidence, causing the gangs to fight each other there in the park.  Spider-Man defeats all the gangsters.
"What are you doing?" Cage yells at Spidey.  "This solves nothing!"
"Actually Luke, this solves everything," Spidey replies.  "These losers don't play.  Somebody murdered their relatives to start a nice turf war."
"What?!" Cage yells back.  "You knew this war was a setup?"
"You asked me to clean up the streets and that's exactly what I did," Spider-Man pointed out to Cage, getting in his face.  Spidey leaves the scene.

CHAPTER 2
Cut to the Chase
Spider-Man makes his way to Fisk Tower to confront the Kingpin about the gang war.  As he lands on the rooftop, the femme fatale Black Cat is just exiting the tower.  Afraid that she is working for the Kingpin, Spidey chases Cat across town.  When he confronts her, she responds with combat.  During the fight, another group of Kingpin's soldiers assist Black Cat on goblin gliders.  Spidey fights the two-pronged attack and chases after Cat when she and the goblin gliders take flight.  After a long and arduous battle, Spider-Man finally defeats Cat in battle.  Cat rushes off to her apartment, where Spidey confronts her about the situation.
"Uh, so…are you okay?" he asks.  "I'm not sure what's going on…"
"Look, I'm a screw-up, okay?" she snaps.
"Ya' think?" Spidey mocks her.  "You do a heist for Kingpin, you try to kill me…."
"I was working from the inside," interrupts Cat.  "I get in over my head, I can't get out of it, and then you show up way too early, and I get this huge rush from seeing you…."
"You attacked me.  And what do you mean I showed up too early?"
"I was doing it for you!" she said.  "To see that we were made for each other!"
Spidey was taken aback.  "I'm sorry, I didn't know you still felt like that for me," he stumbled.
"Really?  Well I do," she snapped.  "I still love you."  She sighed, tired of arguing like this all the time.  "Look at us, still wearing these masks.  Who are we really?  We have all these powers, and we act like we're ashamed of them."  Cat takes Spidey by the shoulder.  "Be with me, together we can be what we want.  Free from want, free from responsibility, free to have fun," she pulls him closer to her, "Don't you like fun?"

"I can't do that, Felicia," Spidey says, pushing her away.
"Can't or won't?" she asks.
"Same thing," he replies and swings away.  Spider-Man continues on to Moon Knight's base for info on how the Kingpin has goblin tech.  Moon Knight suggests capturing one of the gliders, which Spidey does and discovers that the Vulture is supplying the Kingpin with tech.
4. Black Suit
"You're right, I could use a little more fun in my life," says Spider-Man.
"Yeah?" Cat says with a glint in her eye.  "I promise you, this whole city is yours."
"Really?"
"Yup.  And I know just who to take it from."
"Mmm, big guy wearing a cravat?"
"Yup, that's right" Black Cat purrs.  Spider-Man works with Black Cat on finding out who is supplying the Kingpin with all the technology his soldiers are flaunting, discovering that the Vulture is behind it all.

Spider-Man finds Vulture's secret lab and confronts him.  Agitated by Spidey's relentlessness, Vulture attacks him with the support of the goblin gliders.  Spider-Man manages to defeat the Vulture and his minions, webbing Vulture to a billboard.

"Sorry old-timer, your flying days are over," says Spidey to Vulture.  "Cops will be here soon to gather you up and put you back in the coop.  Coop…ha ha, I'm on a roll," he jokes as he swings away.
6. Black Suit
"Okay buzzard-breath, Merry Christmas," says Spidey grimly.  "Now you owe me one.  Cross me again, and I'll do more than take your wings."
"Of course, of course!" Vulture agrees without hesitation in fear of the darker Spider-Man.  "You won't regret this!"

Spider-Man makes his way to Fisk Tower to confront the Kingpin, where he is met by the Kingpin's army on the roof.  After defeating a few of the goons, all stop at the strange screeches made by these normal-looking people crawling on all fours up the side of the building.  These creatures suddenly attack Spidey and the goons with bestial fury.  Unable to make out what's happening, Spidey acts instinctively and fights the creatures.  The police burst through the door on the roof just as Spidey tosses one of the civilians off the roof.  The police call for Spider-Man's arrest, but after Spidey tosses another bestial citizen off the roof, the police open fire on him.  Spidey jumps off the roof and swings away.
Before Spidey knows it, Wolverine tracks him down and fights him, convinced that Spider-Man is a symbiote.  During the battle, more deranged citizens attack the pair of heroes, who are forced to battle them.  After intense questioning, Wolverine decides Spidey is who he says he is, though still not fully trusting of him as long as Spidey keeps the symbiote suit.  Wolverine teaches Spidey how to use his spider-sense to weed out the deranged citizens from the general population.  Using the new technique, Spider-Man manages to track down Venom, who is behind the deranged citizen's arrival in New York.  Spider-Man figures out that Venom has learned how to copy his symbiote, and has been growing his own army.  Venom escapes Spider-Man's clutches after a long battle extending through part of the city.

CHAPTER 3
Sense of Dread
The increase of symbiotes in the city catches the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D., which begins to set up quarantine zones to contain infected citizens.  Upon visiting one of the quarantine zones, Black Widow attempts to place Spider-Man under arrest.  But before she could restrain him, Electro crashes the party, searching for his sister.  Spider-Man gives chase to the master of electricity, who travels from quarantine zone to quarantine zone, searching in vain for his sister.  Black Widow is finally able to neutralize Electro, but before she could get to him Electro's sister comes running out of a quarantine zone, dropping his guard as she transfers a symbiote onto him.  Electro escapes S.H.I.E.L.D.'s clutches, as well as Spidey.
Mary Jane calls Spidey to tell him that the bridges out of the city have been blocked off.  Spider-Man investigates the situation to find the Kingpin arguing with S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives blockading the bridge.  Kingpin brings up the point of the absence of New York's greatest minds, the ones who could possibly stop the invasion.  Spidey attempts to contact Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four and Tony Stark, but to no avail.  Then Spidey has an idea, albeit an insane one: break the Tinkerer out of prison to help stop the invasion.  The Vulture offers his services in flying Spidey to Ryker's Island in full support of the idea, whereas Moon Knight disagrees with the whole idea, but both offer to fly Spidey to Ryker's.

"Rhino, you got to get to the front gate right away," Spidey lies.
"What for?" Rhino whines.
"To escape, silly," Spidey mocks Rhino.  "See, when you broke through the wall you must have triggered an automatic security override protocol that disabled the lift"
"Uuh," Rhino says stupidly.
"See, I broke the front gate when I came in here, so if you as fast as you can go back the way we came, you'll be home free," says Spidey, giving Rhino a thumbs-up.
"You did something right for a change," Rhino says as he preps for a charge.  "Full speed ahead!"
0. Black Suit
"Alright, I'll let you go, but I'm going to need your help later," says Spider-Man.
"What for?" asks Rhino.
"I might need some muscle if I get into serious trouble," he explains.  "If you see any superpower-types flying around out there, tell them I'll need the help."  Spidey presses the button, activating the lift for Rhino to escape.

Spider-Man runs up to the cell door control panel and opens all the doors.  Spidey then locates the cell the Tinkerer is supposed to be in.
"Hey, Tinkerer," he calls, "you in there?"  A little old man with glasses in cuffs and orange prison wear turns around.  "Uh, I'm breaking you out."
"Really?" said the Tinkerer, surprised.  The little man walks out with Spidey.
"I'll bring him back once we're done saving the world," he yells to the guards.  "I promise!"  They both take the lift out of the prison block.

ACT 3
CHAPTER 4
Shock Tactics
As soon as Spidey exits the prison with the Tinkerer, Black Widow meets him to express her disapproval of his choices and actions, calling for his arrest.  Moon Knight, Vulture, and the Kingpin persuade Black Widow that they need Tinkerer's help, who then takes the Tinkerer to Stark Tower to begin work on a sonic device designed to kill the symbiotes and leave the hosts unharmed.  During the construction of the device, Spider-Man helps S.H.I.E.L.D. in evacuating survivors of the invasion.  Spidey also assists the Kingpin in fending off the symbiotes from overrunning Fisk Tower.  After a talk with the Kingpin, Spider-Man assists a rooftop evacuation, only to encounter a new symbiote faction resembling and possessing the powers of Electro.  Black Cat assists Spidey in fending off the new foes, and after the fight suggests he finds the source of these new symbiotes.
Following the new symbiotes back to their base, Spider-Man finds symbiote Electro at the center of large electrical generators.  Spidey engages Electro in combat, eventually defeating him.

Electro convulses, trying to rip at the symbiote on him.
"Come on Electro," Spidey urges him.  "Give it everything you got!"  Electro growls and yells in pain as he forcefully electrifies the symbiote off him.  Spider-Man reaches down to help him up.
"Get away from me," he warns Spidey, pushing him away and staggering in pain.  He begins to cry, "She's gone, my sister…."  Electro falls over, unconscious.
2. Black Suit
"Electro," yells Spidey, walking over to Electro who convulses on the ground, his symbiote flailing all over his body.  Spider-Man begins to punch Electro repeatedly in the face.  "You unbelievable loser!  Fight this thing!  Reject it!  Tell it to let go of you!"  Spider-Man continues to beat Electro's symbiotic face.  "Let him go!  LET GO!"
The symbiote finally tears off Electro's body and slithers away.  Electro sits up and points at it, "What is that?"
"That thing took your sister," replied Spidey.  Electro got onto his feet, and charged up electric bolts.  He shoots the bolts into the symbiote, causing it to burn.
"DIE YOU FREAK!" he yells, watching it burn.  He turns to Spidey, "I want payback.  Tell me…tell me where, and I'll fry 'em!  I'll fry them all!"
"Oh you'll get your chance," Spidey tells him.  "Soon…."

Spidey returns to Black Widow, who sends him on a few evacuation runs.  On one of them to a rooftop, Spidey and the agents go up against winged symbiotes called the Vulturelings.  Spidey quickly defeats the new symbiotes and heads back to the S.H.I.E.L.D. base at Stark Tower, which is found to be under attack by a horde of symbiotes.  Spider-Man defends the tower until the sonic shields could be repaired and re-activated.  He is then called by Mary Jane, who asks him to meet her in Harlem.  Spidey meets up with Mary Jane, who argues with him about his use of the symbiote suit.  She then tells Spidey that Wolverine and a group of untainted civilians are holed up in a church across town and need his help.
Spidey arrives at the church and assists Wolverine in fighting off the invading symbiote hordes until a S.H.I.E.L.D. hovercraft arrives and evacuates the citizens.  Before Spidey and Wolverine could escape, large "Smiley" symbiotes ambush them.  Wolverine takes them on all by himself, falling off the rooftop of the church in battle with the symbiote.  The symbiotes land on him, attaching themselves to the feral hero.  The new symbiote Wolverine fights Spider-Man, proving to be one of the most challenging foes Spidey had ever taken on.  Yet, Spider-Man eventually neutralizes the powerful symbiote.

Wolverine begins to stab the symbiote out of him.  Spider-Man reels in disgust.  "Ugh, I didn't mean to literally get it out," he states.  "Doesn't that hurt?"
"Yeah," Wolverine grunts as he continues to fight the symbiote off, "like hell!  I'll be with you in a minute.  And thanks."
"You're welcome, I think," Spidey replies as Wolverine stands up, victorious.  "Boy, talk about cutting yourself down to size."
"Yeah, well I prefer life this way.  It's who I am."
"Must be nice," Spider-Man mumbles to himself.
"What?"
"Knowing who you are."
4. Black Suit
Spider-Man picks up the defeated Wolverine, raises him above his head, absorbs the symbiote, and tears Wolverine in half.  On the ground, facing his own feet, Wolverine growls at Spidey, "Gaah, I'll kill you for this!"  Spidey walks away, speaking into his communicator with S.H.I.E.L.D.
"He's safe.  Come back here and pick him up."

After a few more evacuations, Spider-Man returns to the situation from the beginning of the game, ending with symbiote Black Cat taking him away from Mary Jane and Luke Cage.  Spidey takes the fight to another building, where he tries to get Black Cat to fight the symbiote.  After a couple of minutes fighting her, a S.H.I.E.L.D. hovercraft swoops in with Mary Jane, who assists Spidey with keeping the other symbiotes at bay with a shotgun.  Almost at the point of defeat, Black Cat lunges towards Mary Jane.  Spidey shoots web-balls at Cat and kicks her away.  Black Cat then lunges back at MJ, causing Mary Jane to fall off the hovercraft.  She catches the railing on the hovercraft, and Spidey helps her back onto it.  Black Cat lunges once more, but Spider-Man catches her by the hair and throws her off into the distance.  Cat hits the roofs of several buildings before coming to a stop.  The impact severely injures Black Cat, causing the symbiote to slither off her and away.  Spider-Man, concerned for his friend, reaches Black Cat, but Cat tells Spidey to leave her and save himself as the symbiote close in on them.  Mary Jane flies in behind them on the hovercraft, asking Peter to come with her.

"Come back to me," she says.
"You know I will," he tells her as the hovercraft takes off.  "At least I hope I will," he tells himself.
6. Black Suit
"Hurry," says Mary Jane as the hovercraft flies down to Spidey.
"No, I need her," he says, hugging Black Cat close to him.  His symbiote suit starts to cover them both.
"No!  What are you doing?" MJ yells at him.  "What are you doing!"
"Felicia!" yells Spidey as the symbiote completes its replication onto Black Cat.  Black Cat sits up, healed by the symbiote on her and puts her hand on Spider-Man's face.
"I knew it," she said to him.  "I knew you loved me!"  Mary Jane watched in agony.  She then motioned to the pilot.
"Get us out of here!  Oh God, get us out of here," she yelled, on the verge of tears.  The hovercraft took off.  Black Cat smiled lovingly at Spidey as he got up.
"It's time," he said to her.

CHAPTER 5
Final Showdown
Spider-Man returns to Fisk Tower, where he meets up with Black Widow, the Tinkerer, and the Kingpin.  The Tinkerer informs them that the sonic resonator is ready and in place, but that there was a symbiote raid party lead by the Vulture, who had been turned and was preventing S.H.I.E.L.D. access to the resonator on the Trask Building.  Spider-Man and a company of S.H.I.E.L.D. fliers head towards battle with Vulture and his minions.  After confronting Vulture and defeating him in an epic aerial battle, the Vulture reminds Spider-Man of the great power the symbiotes offer before he activates the resonator.

7. Red Suit
Spider-Man activates the sonic resonator and swings away onto a near-by rooftop.  The Trask Building begins to glow with energy, the light of which begins to burn away at Spidey's symbiote.  Spider-Man yells and screams in agony as it melts away, and with a large sonic burst the rest of the symbiotes dissolve.  Spidey looks around to see not a trace of the symbiote invasion in the city.  The resonator had worked.  On the streets below, S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives assist the dazed citizens.
"Spider-Man the device appears to have worked," reports Black Widow through the communication device.  Alarms start to sound as she gets a new report.  "Venom!  He's on the helicarrier!  Crew's been compromised!"
Moon Knight flies in behind Spider-Man in his mooncopter, speaking to him through on-board speakers.  "The situation is dire, Spider-Man," he says.  "I will transport you to the carrier at once."
"Yeah, it's a little out of web-range," Spidey jokes.
8. Black Suit
"You're right about one thing, old man," Spider-Man tells Vulture.  "This is about me and him."  Spidey pushes the resonator off the building, destroying it.  Black Widow yells into his communicator.
"Spider-Man, what are you doing?"
"I'm going to end this once and for all," he tells her.  "I spared him four days ago, but not today.  Today Venom dies."
"Spider-Man, I knew all along that you could not…," she tells him before she's interrupted by another report.  "Venom?  He's on the helicarrier, Peter!"
"Nice move, Eddie."  Spider-Man turns to Vulture.  "Alright you old buzzard, get me up to that helicarrier now!"

Spider-Man lands on the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier over the Hudson River.  Swarms of symbiotes riddle its surface, and Spidey gets to work on activating the weapons systems onboard.  Suddenly, all goes quiet.  Spider-Man turns around in time to see crawling onto the flight deck a titanic, multi-headed Venom monster.
"This ends here and now, Venom," Spider-Man calls out to the monster.
"I THINK NOT," the giant monster gurgled.  "WE CANNOT BE STOPPED.  WE SHALL USE THIS VESSEL TO TAKE THIS WORLD!"
"That's not like you, Brock," Spidey says.  "You always swore you'd protect the innocent."
"EDDIE BROCK SETS US APART FROM WHAT WE ARE, BUT YOU," it growled.  "YOU WILL COMPLETE US!"  The creature lunges one of its heads for a bite, but Spidey makes quick work of it.  He repeats the same tactic for each lunging head, even through swarms of symbiotes they coughed up, until at last there was only one left.  Spider-Man aimed a cannon at the monster, signaling for the operator to fire.  The shot nearly knocked Venom off the helicarrier.  The beast, however, was persistent.
"Nice trick.  It's not staying down," Spidey said to himself.  "Maybe we can get some help from the inside.  Brock!  Eddie!  I wanna talk to you, the real Venom!"  The monster responded with a jump in the air, intending to land on the wall crawler.  Spidey dodged just in time, landing on a cannon barrel.
"WE DO NOT LISTEN TO BROCK," it growled.
"Come on, Eddie!  Look at what you've become," says Spidey.  "All that had suffered because of you!"  The beast cried as it brought its clawed hand down on the barrel, missing Spidey but destroying the cannon.  Spidey swung around to one of the helicarrier engines, the beast crawling after him.  It swiped at him and missed again, this time Spidey landing on the side of the control tower.  "Come on, Eddie!  You want me?  I'm right here!"
The normal-sized Venom crawls up and onto the side of the tower, the large beast attached to him following.  "Parker!  I'm…going…to…," he groaned.
"What?  Destroy every innocent life on Earth?"
"I…can't…stop it!"  The giant beast brings its hands together at an extreme force, but Spider-Man escapes.  "So tired…help…me…!"
"Take my hand," Spider-Man yells, reaching out for Venom's hand.

9. Red Suit
"I can't…get rid of them…," Eddie yells, retracting his hand.
"What are you doing?" Spider-Man asks.
"Get out of here!"  Venom swipes Spider-Man off the helicarrier and launches a tentacle into an engine.  "That's right," he says, crawling towards the engine.  "My flesh, my mind, my heart.  Time to die!  Like a man!"  The monster howls as it tries to pull its master back, but it's too late.  Eddie crawls right into the engine, causing it to explode.  The helicarrier loses power and falls into the Hudson with the monster on it.  As soon as it touches water, the carrier explodes violently, Spider-Man barely escaping a fiery death.
10. Black Suit
Spider-Man spins a web into an engine and wraps a noose around Venom's neck.  "So long, sucker," he says as he swings away.

Ending A
"It took a few weeks, especially with all the geniuses at S.H.I.E.L.D. blowing up all the bridges and tunnels," says Spider-Man in his monologue while looking down onto the clean streets and buildings of New York City.  "But life came back to Manhattan.  Venom was gone, bad guys were beaten and thrown in jail.  And for once, things looked pretty good for our hero," he chuckled.
"Oh my God," laughed Mary Jane who walked up behind him.  "Are you narrating?"
"Ah!  MJ!  How long where you standing there?"
"I heard superheroes like to do that," she laughed.  "But I never thought that you…."
"Please!" he interrupted.
"Are we gonna do this thing or not?" she asked.
"If it gets you to forget I was narrating, yeah, you bet!"  Spidey grabs MJ around the waist and takes her for a swing.  She laughs in excitement as they both swing away into another day.  The End.

Ending B
Spider-Man prepares himself as he dials his cell phone.  No dice: only Mary Jane's voicemail.  "I know you're there, and I know you won't pick up," he says into the phone.  "I just hope that someday you'll understand that I did what I did because I was so desperate to win.  I just wish I had the strength to do what was right.  I'm sorry."  He hangs up and walks away.  The End.

Ending C
Spider-Man stands atop of a building, surveying the city in his black costume.  "MJ, she thinks she could walk away," he says to himself.  "She never understood what it means to have power.  Neither did I…but now," Spider-Man looks down into the city, which is populated by symbiotes at his control, "I understand what power really is.  You will be mine again, MJ.  No one will ever say no to me again."  The symbiotes screech in praise at their new master, their new king.

Back at Fisk Tower, Black Widow, the Kingpin, and Tinkerer gather on the rooftop with S.H.I.E.L.D. guards.  "The Tinkerer says he's ready," announces the Kingpin.  "And our delivery boy?"
"Here he comes," says Black Widow.  A hovercraft flies in with a metal crate, dropping it on the roof.  Widow approaches the container.  "Are you in full control?" she asks.
"Yeah, I'm dandy," a gravelly voice growls from inside.
"Bring me Spider-Man.  Dead or alive," she commands.  The crate door slams open, and out walks Wolverine…still possessed by the symbiote.
"I'm going with dead," he growls.  The End.

Ending D
Spider-Man stands atop of a building, surveying the city in his black costume.  Black Cat in her new symbiote costume paces up beside him.  "Well, darling," she says, wrapping her arms around him, whispering into his ear.  "I promised you this city, and it's yours!  What do you desire?  We await your commands, sir."
"I always believed that with great power came great responsibility," says Spider-Man.
"And now?"
"I never knew what power was."  The symbiotes below screech in praise at their new master, their new king.

Back at Fisk Tower, Black Widow, the Kingpin, and Tinkerer gather on the rooftop with S.H.I.E.L.D. guards.  "The Tinkerer says he's ready," announces the Kingpin.  "And our delivery boy?"

I kinda want to say, In the Black Suit choice where he willingly kills Venom. I always thought he said: "So long, Brock..." As if the symbiote (subjectively) finally fully bonded with Spider-Man. Becoming the new "Lord" of a infected New York City.
